Why do people go to the doctor? To avoid disease To avoid death But what if a normal patient loses his life due to negligence of a doctor?
The film is based on a similar incident – Ankur Aurora Murder Case.
The film begins with Romesh Burma (Arjun Mathur), an intern. Romesh follows his dream and goes to the hospital in Asthana (KK Menon) to do an internship.
Dr. Asthana Sekhawat is the chief surgeon of the hospital. His speech and behavior are rude but he is considered to be a very capable doctor. Working with him is Romesh’s big dream. He wants to be a doctor like Asthana.
His girlfriend Dr. Riya Srivastava (Visakha Singh), who is in a ‘live-in’ relationship with Romesh, is also doing an internship at the same hospital.
One day during the operation in the hospital, Dr. Asthana instructs Romesh to inject into the patient’s lungs. Romesh’s hand trembles. Saying that he was afraid to work as a doctor, Dr. Asthana slaps him. Romesh looks ‘cowardly’ in his eyes.
This incident makes Romesh sad.
Just then an eight-year-old boy arrives at the hospital for treatment. His name is Ankur Arora (Special Tiwari).
Ankur’s mother Nandita Arora (Tisca Chopra) brought him to the hospital due to a stomach ache. Romesh first looks at her and bites her with appendicitis. Other tests are scheduled for the next day, so hospitalization is recommended.
The next day, Dr. Asthana comes and looks at Ankur. He is Dr. Romesh is rudely questioned about the cause of appendicitis. But when it was confirmed that he had appendicitis, he also rudely praised Romesh.
He praises her, but due to previous incidents, he does not allow Romesh to stay in Ankur’s surgery.
Seedlings need simple surgery. There are no health complications. But his surgery becomes complicated. She falls into a coma. He later dies.
Here, the capable and famous Dr. Astana looks scary. Whatever he does during the operation is the cause of Ankur’s death. Ankur’s family and others were told the cause of death was different.
Along with Asthana, Romesh’s girlfriend Riya and some other doctors are involved in the operation. What Asthana tells them about her behavior takes a new turn in the film. The story that follows is a special aspect of the film.
Romesh, who has experienced that people cannot be good just because he is a good doctor, finds out what happened during Ankur’s surgery and Asthana’s behavior.
He understands that Ankur Arora has been killed.
Romesh can’t live like this anymore. Ankur and his mother are disturbed by the memory. They fall into mental conflict – choose their profession and hospital or humanity?
This conflict is not limited to his mind. Along with Asthana, his girlfriend Riya is also spilled.
How far does his conflict go? What steps does he take? Dr. What is the turning point in his relationship with Asthana and his girlfriend Riya?

The film, which was made in 2013, tells the story of the negligence of a well-known doctor in a hospital. Inspired by real events, the story of this film was well received by the critics.
In Bollywood, most social story films do not make it to the box office. ‘Ankur Aurora Murder Case’ is a similar film. The film, which was made for Rs 75 million, had grossed a total of Rs 100 million.
The story of the film is strong and informative. The acting of KK Menon, Arjun Mathur, Tisca Chopra has made it even more powerful. The acting of some of the main characters who will come after the break is just fine. Manish Chaudhary has been able to do justice in the role of the lawyer.
The film, directed by Suhail Tatari, has been hailed by many critics as timely.
